Carbondale Conversations for Community Action schedules meetings

The City of Carbondale will sponsor a two-day facilitator training Friday and Saturday as plans to move forward for Carbondale Conversations for Community Action.

The training will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Carbondale Civic Center Room 118.

The program is designed to bring the city‚s diverse population together in small group settings to identify neighborhood and city problems and to propose solutions.

Trained facilitators will lead 20 small discussion groups comprising 15 people in four sessions between March 24 and April 24.
