Dinner theater and auction to take place at SIUC Student Center
The Southern Illinois Symphony Orchestra and the Marjorie Lawrence Opera Theatre will perform excerpts from the 1999 Broadway musical, „Parade‰ by Alfred Uhry („Driving Miss Daisy‰) and James Robert Brown Feb. 14 in the Student Center Ballrooms. A reception and silent auction begins at 6 p.m. followed by the dinner and performance.
Tickets for the entire event are $50, with $30 being a tax-deductible donation to benefit the Symphony Orchestra Scholarship Fund. Call Cindy Miller for reservations at 453-7423.
