Logan College scholarship awarded

Darras Bell, a graduate of Carbondale Community High School, has received the $1,000 John M. Armstrong-Carbondale Rotary Scholarship from the John A. Logan Community College Scholarship Committee. The John M. Armstrong-Carbondale Scholarship is awarded and funded annually by the Carbondale Rotary Club for John A. Logan Community College students.
