Thank You for Supporting Lights On Afterschool!

Dear Editor:

I would like to thank everyone who participated in Evergreen Afterschool‚s Lights On Afterschool celebration Oct. 9! Evergreen Afterschool is located at Evergreen Terrace, which is part of SIU Family Housing. Lights On Afterschool is a national event to raise awareness about the importance of after-school programs and increasing need for funding to keep the lights on and the doors open during the afteschool hours! We appreciate the support, donations and hard work that went into making Lights On Afterschool a huge success.
