Historical Society presents the Underground Railroad

The Union County Historical Society presents "Bound for the Promised Land: Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad" with a presentation on Harriet Beecher Stowe, who wrote "Uncle Tom's Cabin," on Oct. 5 at 2:30 p.m. at the Stinson Library. The Stinson Library is located at 409 South Main in Anna.

Marlene Rivero and Mary McCorvie worked together to design a historically accurate and educational program about the Underground Railroad.
