WILCO to play at Spring Thing Friday
Spring Thing 2003 is scheduled for 2 to 6 p.m. at the SIU Arena Parking Lot 18. The free outdoor concert features WILCO. Gates open at 2 p.m. and the concert starts at 3 p.m. The concert may not be suitable for all audiences. Safety rules include: no alcohol, no pets, no glass, no cans, no tailgating and no coolers.
