$1,000 scholarship awarded to student for leadership

The scholarship is awarded each year to an SIUC junior who demonstrates leadership in organizations on campus and/or in the community. The honor also entails the practice of the Rotary Club of Carbondale ideals of "service above self," ethical behavior in everyday activities, and showing fairness to all concerned.
