Kyle Hosick named Men's Golfer of the Week

Kyle Hosick was named Missouri Valley Conference Men's Golfer of the Week Wednesday. The sophomore from Carmi shot a personal best 70-71-67-208 to win the Murray State Invitational Saturday. Hosick's 208 is the second-best mark in school history for a 54-hole score.

Women's tennis at home this weekend

The women's tennis team will host Southeast Missouri State, Eastern Illinois and Western Illinois at the SIU Arena Courts in this weekend's Saluki Classic.

The invitational begins at 11 a.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.

Men's tennis head to Louisville

After a week off, the men's tennis team returns to action this weekend at the three-day Louisville Invitational.

The Salukis were given five singles spots and two doubles spots. Junior Tomas Gonzalez will team up with sophomore Rodrigo Lama in doubles play. Seniors Lukasz Soswa and Alexandru Nomicos make up the other doubles team.
