America, stop finger pointing!

Dear Editor:

As Americans, we all complain too much about racism. The world has a lot of other issues. For example, we in America are fat from eating too much as people from around the world are starving from not eating enough food. This is called malnutrition. Think of a puzzle. It takes all of the pieces to make it complete. No one piece is more important than the others. Time changes, so thinking has to change.

Interracial relationships, for example, is a good thing for the future. Also, people from all over the world come to our country for an education and spend millions of dollars, and all they hear over and over again is issues involving racism. I am sure they are tired of hearing this. Think of the Chinese that came to America and worked for the railroads. They worked under harsh living conditions. And there are many other examples that can be used, and the list can go on. John F. Kennedy made the comment: Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country. We all should give back.
