Thanks for the memories

Dear Editor:

I would like to take a minute to thank our wonderful Recreation Department for another exciting and educational Allen Symposium. I think it's marvelous that the faculty takes time to organize the symposium, and the alumni take time out to come back to Southern. It was nice to see such a great turnout of faculty, students, alumni and friends both at the symposium and the awards banquet. It was a great opportunity to gain professional experience in the recreation field, and most importantly, to NETWORK! Thank you to all that were involved for a super 2002 John Allen symposium.
